The reason for the water leakage is that the packing seal has worn out,

and the press is not tight. it is necessary to tighten the two nuts inside of it,

but not too tight, so the leak is relatively small.

If the water leaks more and more after wear,

then it will be tightened forward.

when it is close to this point and the point is already flat,

then change the packing. first, push the two nuts to the end. this can be popped up.

How to shear it?

the angle of this side 45 degrees,

and the other side is also 45 degrees,

2 bevels are pressed equally to flat.

After installation, this line and the inside line cannot be perpendicular,

should be staggered, squeeze the two sides,

then squeeze the pressure plate,

press the nuts on both sides,

and tighten the nuts with both hands.

Use the wrench to fasten the screws on both sides.

Don’t screw too tight.

If tightened too tightly,

it is easy to cause the shaft and packing getting too close,

increasing the burden to the diesel engine.
